Tips for Targetting your AltaVista searches.

• Put a '+' sign in front of each word that must be in any documents found.
• Put a '-' sign in front of each word that must NOT be in any documents found.
• Use '.' (full stop) to separate words in phrases that must be in any documents found.

Example: The search string '+wild.and.woolly.west' should find all pages containing that phrase.
