  Editor's note
  Mark has become convinced that a massive cover-up is in operation. Only a full and open Public Enquiry into the whole FMD affair will bring the truth to light. Whilst much of his article remains conjecture, and has had to be fictionalised, he has many of the facts to back it up and I'm certain that it will be a worthy contribution to the debate on this serious issue.
