Blinking Lorries! ...

A man was walking by a quarry,
When he was passed by a heavy lorry;
Its load was loose, its contents dusty,
Its body old, and unco' rusty -
It hit a bump as it drew level
Its axle groaned - a faulty bevel;
Its load jumped up, and down again,
Showered the man in a fine dry rain.
His sight obscured - he couldn't see,
"What the h*ll is happening to me!
"I'll see the police - I'll raise a stink!" -
But all he could do was stand and ...blink!
