OK folks - it's another round of altruistic bullshit backed by hackneyed acronyms, but we all know what it means - survival for us. A recent Harvard Business Report really pushed us towards the can with that article suggesting HR is not delivering - apart from the fact the authors are utterly pernicious (if somewhat plausible to the less enlightened), we must unite and fight this.
There are more people in our ranks who have stuck it to others than enough. Ambiguous legislation has begun to be addressed by the government. As they start to sort out the confusion we will have to find new initiatives to keep top management ignorant; seriously concerned but still passing the buck. Please help with ideas.
